Retained Search

Container Search
A container search is a hybrid of retained and contingency search, geared towards hiring mid-level to senior candidates or for clients who need to hire a small number of candidates in a short period of time. In a container search, clients get dedicated access to our time and resources in exchange for a financial commitment equal to a percentage of the recruitment fee.
Contingency Search
For our clients who have hiring needs but are unable to commit to a retained or container search, we offer contingency search services.
